Introduction

More and more companies are realizing today that cybersecurity is no longer an option. Yet there remains a weak link in security implementation: awareness. Large-scale cyberattacks have been possible due to ignorance of simple traps.


General information

Target Audience: Anyone wishing to be aware of IT attack threats and how to protect themselves. Prerequisites: None.

Program

Part 1: Modern Threat Landscape & Physical Risks (3.5 Hours)

  • 1.1 Introduction to IT Threats: Information System (IS) core concepts, hacker motivations, analyzing modern corporate risks, and the lifecycle of a cyberattack.

  • 1.2 Physical & Remote Vulnerabilities: Malicious USB drives, unprotected Ethernet ports, hardware theft protocols, intercepting unsecured WIFI networks, and common Web-based attacks.

Part 2: Digital Access, Social Engineering & Defensive Reflexes (3.5 Hours)

  • 2.1 Social Engineering Tactics: Identifying corporate phishing, handling manipulative calls, and avoiding urgency-based traps.

  • 2.2 Access Management & Best Practices: Password hygiene, the critical value of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), daily security reflexes, incident detection, and immediate response procedures.

  • Duration: 1 day (7 hours).

 

 

  • Capacity: 12 participants maximum.

  • Registration Deadline: 5 working days before the training.

  • Teaching Methods: Alternation of theoretical and practical inputs, expert trainer in cybersecurity and personnel awareness, course materials provided at the end of the training.

  • Assessment: Continuous and final assessment.
