  • 2.1 Ecosystem Innovation: Treating the API as a digital product, defining new business and monetization models, and utilizing APIs to break down internal organizational silos.

  • 2.2 Promotion & Continuous Improvement: Exposure strategies, versioning lifecycles, traffic analysis, performance monitoring, and leveraging analytics for strategic pivots.
