Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive, based in our offices in Milan, with expertise in MuleSoft and Salesforce to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospects and clients, and effectively promoting our suite of MuleSoft and Salesforce solutions on the Italian Market.
Your tasks
- Identify and qualify new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Understand client needs and challenges to effectively position our MuleSoft and Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of Cap4 Lab’s footprint on the Italian market.
Your profile
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling MuleSoft and Salesforce solutions or from a Global System Integrator.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- A recent track record of carrying software sales roles.
- Can do attitude with strong focus on delivering customer success.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience selling in a context similar to MuleSoft/Salesforce or a Global System Integrator.

- Gross annual salary: between €32,000.00 and €48,000.00 to be defined according to the candidate's experience;
