Your tasks
You will be entrusted with a variety of missions, including:
- Monitor recruitment processes and ensure relations with candidates
- Contribute to the development of the employer brand
- Carrying out HR administrative tasks
- Follow-up of the CAP4 LAB employee experience, in particular the onboarding/offboarding processes put in place by the group
- Interest in international administrative management : HR support for other countries within the group
- Processing and reporting of HR KPI
Your profile
- You have excellent communication skills to deal with candidates or employees
- You are knowledgeable in legal considerations regarding labor law
- You have excellent organizational skills and are versatile in tasks
- You have an excellent level in English and French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a strong asset.
