• Manage assigned projects on a day-to-day basis, from initial start-up tasks through to project closure
• Establish project team schedules to ensure on-time delivery, taking into account the various constraints (resources, budgets, risks, etc.)
• Manage your project's budgets, resources and risks
• Lead the scoping phases, actively monitor the development phases and plan the test and delivery phases
• Participate in the pre-sales phases
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with our customers over the long term
• Actively participate in the analysis and integration of the Mulesoft and Salesforce platforms at our customers' sites, in collaboration with your project teams
• Identify and secure new development opportunities for our customers
• Share your experiences and project feedback with the Cap4 Lab community to ensure that the quality of our services continues to improve

• Good written and oral communication skills in English (B2) and Mandarin (native)
• Based in Mainland China
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for IT and strong motivation to work in this sector
• You have equivalent experience or a Master's degree in a relevant specialist domain: IT, Project Management, Business, etc
• You have a good knowledge of IT and integration platforms (Mulesoft, Salesforce, WSO2, Dell Boomi, etc.) and you are capable of working on projects with a high technical value
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies hold no secrets for you 
• You're a truly organised team-player, capable of uniting teams and working simultaneously on different projects
• You have a customer focus and will be able to promote the solutions offered by Cap4 Lab
