Cybersecurity Operation Specialist

The Cybersecurity Operation Specialist is responsible for collaborating with the security team for protecting the company's data and information and responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and analysis of our security systems to identify and respond to potential threats. You will play a key role in safeguarding our company's data and infrastructure.

● Support the CISO to Implement and manage cybersecurity best practices, including:
-Authentication and authorization
-Encryption
-Data loss prevention (DLP)
-Device management
-Monitoring and auditing
● Collaborate with IT and business teams to assess security risks and
threats
● Support the CISO to develop and implement incident response plans
● Monitor and analyse security events and logs from various security tools (SIEM, EDR, etc.) to identify suspicious activity
● Investigate security incidents, determine their root cause, and take appropriate action to contain and remediate threats
● Participate in incident response activities, working with other security teams to resolve security issues
● Maintain and update security tools and configurations to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness
● Generate security reports and provide insights to security analysts and management.
● Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities
● Participate in vulnerability management activities, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning and patching
● Assist with hardening and remediation plan activities
● Assist with security awareness training for employees

● 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
● Experience with Google Workspace
● Proved understanding of Cybersecurity best practices
● Analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficient in english

IT'S A PLUS:

● Cybersecurity certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
● Experience with O365
● Experience with managing security systems
● Experience in incident response
● Scripting skills
